RETURNS POLICY


Incorrect Goods

If for some reason you have received the wrong item, then please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. You can either return the goods to our store, or we will arrange to have goods collected from you. Once we have received the goods in new condition, they will be checked and the correct goods, where possible, will be replaced/sent out to you at no extra cost.  Incorrent goods can only be reported by telephoning 01592 654 037

Tent & Awning Instructions
Every tent or Awning we ship to a customer will come with an information sheet and instructions from the tent manufacturer. BOTH of these sets of information MUST be read BEFORE you attempt to erect the tent and adhered to DURING the erection process.

Unsuitable Items
Unsuitable items can only be returned if reported within 48 hours and must be done by telephone only.  It will be the purchasers responsibility to pay for all postage or collection fees.  An additional charge of 10% of the value of the item will also be charge for administration.  Unsuitable items can only be reported by telephoning 01592 654 037

Short Delivery and Damaged Goods
Any damages or shortages on a delivery must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY by TELEPHONE, no claims will be entertained after this time. Orders received after 4pm on a Friday can be reported by 12pm Monday. Tel 01592 654 037

IMPORTANT - All deliveries need to be signed for. If there is no-one available to sign, then a card will be left by the courier, a second attempt may be made on the next working day. If there is still no-one available the consignment will be held at the couriers depot for 3 days.

If you do not contact the courier to arrange collection or an alternative delivery day the consignment will be returned to us and you will be liable for the additional delivery charges and also for the cost of re-shipping the item(s). If your order is carriage “free” then we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs of shipping before a refund is made for a failed delivery that is returned to us.

Delivery Schedule
For Northern Ireland & UK mainland only. Orders received before 10am Mon-Fri are usually despatched the same day and delivered in 1-2 days, mostly next day. Orders received after 10am will not be processed until the next working day. For instance, any orders placed after 10am on a Friday will not ship from our warehouse until the following Monday, for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.

Please note that our Delivery services can be subject to delay from unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the courier and whilst they are usually delivered on a next day service this is not guaranteed.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
